A CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PRE-AUTHORISATION OF £150 PER APARTMENT IS REQUIRED AT CHECK-IN TO ACT AS A SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR CHARGES OR DAMAGES. ALTHOUGH MOST BANKS MAKE FUNDS AVAILABLE AGAIN WITHIN 48 HRS, SOME CARDS CAN TAKE UP TO 10 WORKING DAYS. CASH CAN USED AS AN ALTERNATIVE WHEN ACCOMPANIED WITH A VALID PASSPORT OR DRIVERS LICENCE & WILL BE RETURNED SUBJECT TO HOUSEKEEPING CHECK UPON DEPARTURE.

PAYMENT/CANCELLATION POLICY

NON REFUNDABLE RATES – Full payment is debited from the guest card at time of booking. This payment is non refundable and non transferable.

FLEXIBLE RATES – when booking on a flexible rate we offer free cancellation until 3 days prior to arrival. Late cancellation or non arrival will incur charges in full for the first night of your stay.

WEEKEND AND BANK HOLIDAY BOOKINGS – 50% non-refundable or transferable payment is debited from the guest card at time of booking. Remaining balance is payable on check in. For non arrival, or late cancellation (within 3 days prior of arrival) the remaining balance will be charged in full.

GROUP BOOKINGS- (3 or more apartments) – 25% non-refundable or transferable payment is debited from the guest card at time of booking. Remaining balance is due 3 weeks prior to arrival along with a full guest list. Additional T’s & C’s may apply to group bookings and will be confirmed by our reservations team at time of booking.

PAYMENT

ANY OUTSTANDING BALANCES NOT OUTLINED ABOVE WILL BE REQUIRED ON ARRIVAL.

Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a guest over the age of 21

Posh Pads is a non-smoking building

As a courtesy to all Posh Pads guests. Visitors of guests at Posh Pads are welcome but must vacate by 10pm. A maximum of 10 persons in any apartment at any one time including guests themselves.

LOST AND LEFT ITEMS

Please be sure you check that you have all of your belongings before departing as we are unable to take responsibility for any items left in our apartments or public areas. Should our team find any items left behind we will store them for a maximum of 30 days allowing for collection or to arrange postage within this period. Postage of standard items can be posted for a set fee of £10.00 and will be sent recorded delivery. PLEASE NOTE: due to storage restrictions we are unable to extend our storage period. Any items that remain uncollected after this period will be donated to charity or disposed of.
